Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:
- Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and unused, within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product.
- Returns of defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all factory packed accessories within 10 days. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories.
- Special ordered merchandises and Bath and Safety items are non-returnable.
- The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made.

» Prior Authorization |
Scooter Direct does not accept any return without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please call 1-800-987-6791 for a a Return Authorization Number. |

» Return Shipping |
| The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our warehouse. In the case of a defective exchange, Scooter Direct will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replaced merchandise. Returned product must arrive no later than 10 days after issuance o a Return authorization Number. |

» Re-stocking Fee |
Customer will be liable to pay 15% re-stocking Fee for their returned products. |

» Return Shipping Address |
All Returns must be shipped back to the below address unless we specified a different address when you call for a Return Authorization Number.

» Refund Processing Time |
All credits will be processed within 2 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Provided all the return policy conditions above are met. (Processing may be slightly extended during the holiday season). |
